Details
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Rutgers NJMS Convocation had to be conducted virtually. To make the experience memorable, an exclusive landing page and social wall were developed for the Class of 2020. This allowed the entire medical school community, along with friends and family, to gather online and celebrate the big moment together.

Interactive Virtual Celebration
We used Tint, a social media wall aggregator platform, to set up a landing page for graduates to interact in a virtual space. They could share their photos, videos, and messages to celebrate their achievements in one place.
I created a banner and social media graphics to motivate students to participate and allow their families, friends, and academic staff to send shout-outs. These graphics included specific hashtags and a dedicated event phone number that made it convenient for social media users and those without accounts to post on the social wall.

Theme – Match Madness 2020
Every year, Rutgers NJMS Student Affairs creates a fun and trendy theme to excite fourth-year medical students about Match Day. Their Match Madness T-shirt graphic inspired all the graphics created to celebrate the theme.
Fill-in Story Templates
Fourth-year medical students could participate and share their matches through engaging Instagram and Facebook stories.
Interactive Virtual Experience
Promoting the event's unique phone number and dedicated hashtags allowed all attendees to participate in the social wall, regardless of their social media presence.

The 2020 Rutgers NJMS Match Day was held virtually due to the pandemic. Fourth-year medical students were directed to a designated landing page for the online event. The landing page included a social media wall aggregator that enabled students to share where they matched for their residency. The aggregator also allowed their loved ones and the entire medical school community to take part in the celebration and share the excitement.

Details
The White Coat Ceremony is a significant event for first-year medical students, marking the beginning of their journey into the medical profession.
Photo Booth Banner
A backdrop banner was set up for students, their families, and faculty to take pictures on both sides. It featured a large caduceus, which is the symbol of medicine, and it was purposely centered to allow students to play with the idea of having wings when they stood in front of it. I added a few organic elements and details around the borders to create a nice photo background. The school's social handles were included to allow students to follow or tag NJMS.
